Vegas report. We go right to Las Vegas because there is a baseball team showing up in

several years and they're going to build a

stadium right where a very famous hotel stands right now. What is to be done?

Jeff, a very good evening to you. The Tropicana, what is the date and what's going to happen? Good evening.

Good evening, John. In early October, they're expecting to implode what remains of the Tropicana. I'm sure it'll be a spectacular evening

explosion probably used in a TV show or a film in the upcoming in the future

like they have for other hotels were destroyed famously in the Martin Sportshazy film Casino.

And this will be a big deal, but right now they're still stealing off old parts of the hotel

while they demolish a lot of the infrastructure and

the landscaping and such around the buildings.

So we're looking at a new $1.5 billion stadium. It'll be about 33,000 people somewhere in

in 2028. And that will be the Oakland Aise who are moving from Oakland Stadium

there, Oakland Alameda Coliseum over to Sacramento for a couple of years,

and then moving down to Vegas.

I believe it was the Yankee Stadium,

or maybe it was a Met Stadium, when they changed from the old one to the new one. They sold the seats off. Are they going to do that with the Tropicana?

They are doing that with the Tropicana with their theater. They sold off artwork, the old front doors. You know, there's quite a market

for these types of things, not only among the everyday Joe's who just like to have an old ashtray

or a painting from one of the rooms perhaps they stayed in.

But people who repurpose them for their homes or for offices, there's quite a market for these things.

So they'll try to squeeze as much money as they can out of the
