So the Pacific Watch with Jeff Bliss. Bachelor. that Vegas knows what it wants and it knows how to defend itself from what you'd

have to say is busybodies. Jeff a very good evening to you. As I understand it,

Vegas once a baseball stadium that's second to not in the country and it has plans it has a

team coming in the Oakland Hayes and it's looking for sharing the building of the

stadium as do other major league stadiums with either the city or the state.

What's the progress of that application?

The application, actually the development of the area continues on.

I was just in Vegas recently and you can see the work being done.

They're moving ahead now I'm going to bet they get it done ahead of time.

Now we should know that Nevada voters would have had a chance to avoid paying for the

stadium in Vegas but the state Supreme Court banned a referendum on an upcoming ballot

they said uh... you know the Nevada government agreed to pay 80 million dollars of

the 1.5 billion needed to move the A's to Vegas and a political action

committee came in and tried to throw a wrench into that saying,

no we need to put more money into education, but it was really an attempt by unions and

others to try to stop what was going on. And the state Supreme Court said said we're not going to have any of that

keep building we need the baseball stadium so a bunch of baseball fans on the

Supreme Court always wise now Vegas is is growing very quickly and very happily.

It needs a basketball team.
