They're building in Clark County.

What has been approved?

Good evening. Good evening, John. Clark County, what has been approved? Good evening, John. Clark County, which is the county

that where Vegas is located, has approved plans for a luxury complex featuring a non-gaining hotel

to 600 foot towers, which that's a big deal.

A 439 foot tall amusement ride. They don't say exactly what it is, but we have an idea to be some sort of tower.

I don't know, it's for observation or for a ride or both. And this will be down near the fountain

blue, which is an area that is really opening up these days.

They've been talking about a lot of development there, and with new development, really high-end stuff.

So I think this could be another great boost for Vegas I mean it just is one

thing after another there. A non- gaming hotel is that because it's hard to get a

license not not in. So is there suddenly less interest in the gaming, people who come to

Vegas for other purposes?

Well, it isn't something you tend to think about with the hotels in Vegas, the resorts,

there is precedent for it.

Chief among them is the Trump hotel there, which is a non-gaming facility. I've stayed there a couple times. It's beautiful. It's not gaudy like people would maybe think that it would be.

And even though it's at the end of the strip there, a little bit removed from everything,

it's a great place to stay, great service,
