Jeff Bliss is Pacific Watch.

And we go immediately to the Vegas report because rumor of baseball, well, maybe not baseball,

but something that's in that direction.

Jeff, you send me these reports that are coming from people who live in Las Vegas and are keen on the building of the stadium.

It is a magnificent project to contemplate in the illustrations.

However, it's years away from the first game, the first pitch being thrown out.

But there's rumor that there's activity.

What do I see in this photograph?

They have broken ground.

I don't know if they've had the official groundbreaking ceremony itself, but the earth movers,

you know, the scrapers, the cranes, the drilling, they're out there in force.

There may be several hundred workers out there.

And, you know, just a few months ago or within the past year, there was a whole hotel and resort that was there, the Tropicana, which had been there for some time.

That was imploded.

All of the rubble was gathered and trucked off elsewhere, and they started to work.

And really, it looks like they've done a fantastic job of creating a large open expanse so they can begin building and then
