Victoria. I learn from Jeremy's news bulletins to me that Australians love to camp in the outpacks.

They've got a lot of it. This is a big continent with lots of wilderness. Camping in Victoria

You take the family, you set up your tents, you have your off-road vehicles, and then you put

river rafts out and kneeboards out, and it's a good afternoon coming summertime except Jeremy that's an eastern brown snake

in tomb curry uh central victoria at a campsite there the great eastern brown snakes love kneeboarding

snake is a fully grown adult so we're talking about maybe four to five foot long brown snake

very venomous very dangerous very vicious but when it first got onto that kneeboard, the person who owns the

kneeboard was actually already lying on it. And what she said was that she said she saw the snake

in the water, didn't think much of it initially, which is, I guess, in some ways, a different breed

of human altogether, because if I see a snake in the water anywhere near me, I'm out of the water

straight away.

But she said she just laid there and the snake then came and joined her on the kneeboard.

So the snake wasn't completely scared of the human, wasn't scared of her whatsoever.

By that point, as soon as the snake jumped on the kneeboard, she jumped off.

And then the photo that you're seeing in the news right now of the snake on the

kneeboard is basically the snake has now claimed the kneeboard, the Great Eastern had a very, very
