To New South Wales, Australia, Jeremy Zakas reporting on the disorderly climate of Australia

in these last months and years.

We've seen rain, huge amounts of rain, lots of flooding.

It is now coming winter in Australia.

The world turned right side up or upside down depending on your opinion.

This is the Southern Hemisphere.

And yet I'm watching the weather reports that Jeremy guides to me, especially on Channel 9, Sky News.

And what I'm seeing is snow in Victoria in the fall.

Now we've seen snow around, I guess the earliest I've seen it in the last years here in New England

would be around Thanksgiving, but sometime between Halloween and Thanksgiving, sometime in November.

So that's approximately where in the scale of things Australia is.

And yet, Jeremy, a good day to you.

The reporters from Victoria presented the coldest day in May so far in Victoria and New South Wales where you live.

And also unusual snowpatters. Have you seen snow in Sydney?

You know, John, yes, I can report that we have actually seen snow here in Southern Sydney.

And this happened only about six days ago where we had some really, really wild weather.
