Peloton has loads of supermotivating classes. I did an invigorating cycling class just this morning,

but Peloton is also indoor running on the tread, and an app for yoga in the park,

dance cardio in the kitchen or boxing, well, we're off your fancy. I'm now trying a Peloton

sleep meditation. I wonder how long it takes to... Peloton, for anyone, anywhere. Internet

A Queensland woman urging people to carry compression bandages at the beach.

Kate Miller, 62, was bitten on the leg by a brown snake near Sandin in northern New South Wales,

two weeks ago. She says, I pulled my towel off a log. It didn't see the snake underneath,

and it just lurched at me in a bit. The two bite marks where the fangs were,

the blood was pulsing out like blood coming out of a syringe.

Ms. Miller, a lifesaver, said her first-aid trading kicked in.

She asked a group of nearby surfers to take a photo to identify this snake. She kept her sock

to give the hospital for traces of venom on the socky bit through. I set down and pretended

I was calm, which I really wasn't, and then there are photographs of her

foot all bandaged up. Jeremy, she was at the beach. I'm not going to the beach.

Okay? It's not going to happen, especially in springtime, but this is not the most of it.

We also have snakes in the bathroom while somebody's taking a shower.

Red-bellied black snakes in bed. Is there something unusual going on? Is this El Nino making

things warm early? I think it is. I think the answer is yes. In fact, we have been warned about

that. In the fact that El Nino is bringing the snakes out very early and bringing them out in
