Preliminary finals to the World Cup cricket finale which is going to be kicking off in the next week and last through to November

So again, it's a very slow pace of games five day tests

But this is the the premier I guess you could say of the cricket calendar the the World Cup cricket or as it's also called the international

Cricket Cup, which is there's official name over the centuries is what we are striving for what the basically win this year to show that we are the the premier cricket nation

And the preparation for the World Cup is

Preliminary games that you play against all the teams and then you go into an elimination. How does it work?

And that's exactly right. So we have what's basically one day international series cricket leading up to this point and one day international series is is basically as the name sounds it's

International series cricket that's played over the course of the day

So both sides don't get 50 over so 50 times six balls each to bat and bowl the games do last nine to 10 hours that are very very long

Not like t20 where it can be over in four hours and really that the teams that you see one day international are the teams that you see going into the five day tests of the international Cup cricket finale

So what we've seen now is that basically by this period and any given you the teams that are doing very well in one day international are probably the teams that will do very very well in international cup

However, there are always surprises there are always strategies and I think as we're learning here in Australia

We're finding now that some of the teams haven't been playing their strongest players and one in particular and that is India

The team that the country that pretty much claims is invented cricket and in some ways that invented the popularity of cricket

But as you may remember only just recently Australia was winning against against India
