Kelly uses that tip to have a conversation with healing and movement teacher, Melissa Sgambelluri. Melissa's story of being on American Idol and getting out of toxic relationships-to finding her true self in a new career and love in a safe, loving, growth oriented relationship is intriguing to say the least. Kelly describes Melissa's energy as playful, warm, calm, peaceful, confident and creative and Melissa tells the story of how and why she got there. 
Melissa explains why so many women are facing burnout.

"Everyone is out there trying to have the same body type and do the same thing, but your true power is in being uniquely you. Everyone comes here with their own gift or gifts."
Melissa reminds us that nobody actually has it figured out and encourages everyone to take some of the pressure off of ourselves. On most days (regardless of how it looks online) most people are just doing the best they can that day.  We say "I am not there yet........except 'yet' actually doesn't exist." It's all about today and the now.
