If you’ve ever done a workout class on YouTube, you’ve probably seen Cassey Ho. She is an entrepreneur, fitness instructor, designer who created Blogilates on YouTube in 2009. The channel now has almost 5.5 million subscribers. Cassey shares her health journey and her path to doing what she loves. In our conversation, she shares how she managed to deal with with naysayers and critics (from parents and online communities alike). We talk about what healthy living really means and doing things for yourself rather than living up to other people’s expectations.
