To observe and appreciate the duality of light and shadow in nature. Spend 10-15 minutes outdoors, paying attention to the interplay of light and shadow. Notice how the position of the sun affects the shadows cast by trees, buildings, and other objects.

with different emotional states, with different challenges you might be experiencing. And I wonder

So your challenge this week is a light and shadow quest. And this is where you're

encouraged to go outside and notice the interplay of light and shadow. Notice it with trees,

with buildings, with different objects. And also what I encourage

you to do is to think about where you feel peaceful. And go to this place where you feel at peace and immerse yourself in the harmony there.

And then begin to notice how you feel when you're there.

If you feel happy or excited or maybe more focused or maybe you feel at peace peaceful places

allow you to connect to your higher emotional states so notice which states those are for you as you place yourself in a peaceful place.
