We are so glad you joined us for this meditation that is made for you as a tool to release anger and resentment. This can also be applied to other strong emotions that block our vision or personal growth. In this meditation we will practise being in the now, exactly as it is. And invite you to a more mindful living. As the observer. First we will use some breathing practices that will bring you to the moment of now. Then we will use some very effective methods of noticing and releasing to gain awareness of our thoughts, feelings or sensations that can arise inside our bodies. With this increased awareness and acceptance you will see how they're only movements of energy that come and go. Soon you will feel a growing sensation of stability and peace where life or circumstances no longer can throw you off. And through this practice, with focused attention and repeatedly listening you can implement this more and more into your everyday life. And you can become a more peaceful and stable being.
