social supports for trans people looking to get the most out of their transitions or just to get

access to the things that they need as there used to be.

It's a really, really interesting, very kind of mind expanding conversation with a lot of food for thoughts.

distributed mostly by class and race in this country and as abortion,

aggressively criminalized in recent years, some of those new laws are really taking their place

on top of a much older truth that maybe never quite got as much

attention which is that even when they are legal abortion, transition, a lot of

other things haven't continued to be effectively out of reach for way too many people who want them or need them.

And even when people technically have access, the quality of that care and its delivery can often cause just as much direct harm as they alleviate.
