1:21.3	I was I was not well. They're our last podcast episode and just it probably came out in my
1:29.0	performance, but you know, it just it is what it is. I was I was I was hurting pretty badly and
1:36.4	it was not great, Bob. So, but we're here. Yeah, so we're here now. I'm actually feeling much
1:40.8	better and I feel like Mary is on the track to get better because we're loading. I know we're
1:47.6	loading you up with so many medicines that you are a walking CVS. Claire would be really proud.
1:54.0	I spent pretty much the entire day yesterday in a walking clinic. So I I know joke I'm taking
2:02.1	at least if I'm not taking 30 pills a day, I'm not taking anything right now. I know it easily
2:07.4	30 pills a day. Yeah, not even not like no joke. Yeah, you are. I'm I'm a mess. You might as well
2:13.3	be on Mars right now. I love it when I walked in and the lady taking my blood pressure was like,
2:17.8	what's wrong with you? And I was like, well, first off, I have long COVID and she was like, Oh,
2:23.5	I had that took me a year. Oh, good. And then the next lady that saw me reprimanded
2:29.2	on me because I think a serving of vegetables is one cup and she told me I'm just like,
2:34.3	one and a half cups. One and a half cup. And I want to be like, yeah, lady, that's why I have
