Hi everyone. You're listening to After Hours. I'm young me. I'm Felix and I'm here. And you guys are looking well tonight.

0:51.0

Because there is a special reason. Yes, because this is our wellness episode. We decided to do a wellness episode because is it because we're obsessed with wellness because we've been stuck at home for so long?

1:04.0

Maybe. Well, in a way, there's nothing more important, right? Yeah, but it was one of those things where I think most people had developed a routine on how they take care of themselves. And then that was disrupted.

1:14.0

And so then you had to proactively come up with a new routine, which is not easy to do. Well, I was unsuccessful.

1:21.0

So yeah, it's hard, but you know, we've done food episodes in the past. We've done entertainment episodes, but it felt right to do a wellness episode, which is a way of saying we need some advice about how to be well.

2:09.0

And the thorn is the nasty thing that happened in your day.

2:12.0

So Felix, you weren't here, but not too long ago. I chastised me here for not being poetic enough because Rawi was on and Rawi was being super poetic.

2:23.0

Exactly. And so look at me here with the rose, a bud, the thorn.

2:27.0

Yeah, it's positively fixed. I know.

2:36.0

Okay, what do you find cool, interesting, compelling happening in this space? Who wants to go first?

2:41.0

I think you should go first. You go first.

2:43.0

Oh, okay. So what I think is interesting is the fitness wars.

2:48.0

We've spoken about the rocket ship that is Belleton, which continued to grow like crazy during the pandemic.

2:54.0

But a couple of things happened along the way, one of which was some severe supply chain problems.

3:00.0

They couldn't fulfill their orders, created for the first time negative word of mouth around the company.
