of the same post-national view of Canada defined by Trudeau Jr. and his moralistic minions.

What are we? According to such good thinkers, nothing.

As Americans, we tend not to pay attention to foreign politics much, primarily because

we're the biggest, we're the best, we're the most special, who gives a shit about these guys?

You know, particularly when it comes to Canada, we've basically ignored their politics for a very

long time because they're a neighbor to the north. They're not a threat to us. They're just kind of a

benign, you know, slightly more left of center, geopolitical ally kind of, sort of. Things seem to be

changing, though, particularly with the tariff wars,

the trade war that Donald Trump has allegedly launched against Canada, but if you actually

understand this, this is reciprocal because it was Canada who had fired the tariff shots at

America long ago, and we had not reciprocated. We'll get into that later in the episode.

But the reality is that Canada is now representing a bit more of a threat, not necessarily

a military threat, but an economic one and also just having an antagonistic relationship

with our largest neighbor, which is Canada.

And I think that it's very important that we pay attention to them, not just for that reason,

but more as a warning, as a lesson on what we ought not do.
