All right. I am back. I can't believe it. It's been, I was thinking back, I'm like, it's been since mid-December

out. And it's kind of crazy. I had a baby. I enjoyed some time kind of getting back to

the swing of things for a few months after that. It is a whole new world

having a two-year-old and a newborn. So that's been very interesting. But I just want to say

figure out like what the heck are we going to focus on next. You know, every time like I'm

pregnant or have another child, I feel like I get so much clarity on things of, you know,

what do I really want to focus on? What is the most important thing? And how am I going to make things work as far as like

you know my I'm always thinking of like how can I help more women you know achieve different goals

whether that be like someone that's like about to go through menopause someone that wants to get

pregnant and is having a hard time conceiving someone that is having a hard pregnancy or postpartum

or just someone that's really struggling hard pregnancy or postpartum, or just someone

that's really struggling with their health in general. And so my brain did a lot of work on that

over the last few months. And we created a fertility program called Nurture Your Fertility that we're

launching in August with our first group. It's like a hybrid program.

So it has some 101, some group. My favorite way to do things because groups are magical.
