Happy fucking Thursday today I'm grateful for I just wrote my three gratefuls this morning let me think my new sippy cup

I got a big 64 on sippy cup can I just tell you that I love this idea I just you know what I just came up with a spot and I just looked at the clock and it was 43 when you said that wow okay so wait yours says 43 mindsets 36 oh no unlike how long we've been recording yeah not like the actual time she's like is that how you've been living your life just like seven minutes behind that wasn't good math

it was it was go a list so we call it finally it's amazing how that shit works sometimes you like wow shocked myself I mean that I was like happy accident okay we love this we do love this that's a great way because it starts it on like a yeah okay love it okay I am grateful for

book the other day we'll be like I'm grateful for anything when you're having like a bad day like I even want to write

anything down you can't even think of anything but that's the good days where you should be writing down your

gratefuls and like get you out of that mindset you know of like oh everything's going wrong it's like chill and like think

about what you're grateful for you have a lot of great things in life absolutely and you know what to all our listeners take
