might not have heard about this week but that you should know.

Neda comes on to give us an update about what's happening with the protest and then I sit

Now my advice is about chaos in the artistry or a gift.

I was talking to a friend the other day and I realized we were just talking through

a movie that was recently on TV, talking to a movie that we have both seen.

About this idea that like so many people believe that their gift only shows up in the

chaos.

So they create chaos or they sit in chaos or they endure chaos around them in personal

relationships because there's this idea that that's where their best work comes from.

And I want to push us all to think about how our gifts can show up outside of the chaos

that like sometimes the chaos is just a crutch.

So how can we get out of that mindset that says I need the things around me to fall apart

so that then I can get it.

And this manifests in the waiting until the last hour the papers do to start it because

you feel like in that hour the best ideas will come.

It's like our gifts are better than the chaos.

Like our gifts can show up without chaos being present.

Let's do this.
