Hi everybody. If you're anything like me when you listen to a podcast, you're either in

the car freezing to death listening to this because currently it's winter here or because

I if I'm in the car. Hey, the weather was lovely today or you're working out slash attempting

to work out basically dry heaving as you jog for the first time. I can just imagine you're

dry heaving jogging faces listening to us. A lot of people do say that they're working

out while they listen to us or driving. Just glad that we could join you for a little bit

and hopefully make your day a little brighter with our podcast today. Oh wait, what?

I was gonna say if you're working out, I hope that this can be one of those really interesting

podcasts for you where it's interesting, interesting enough to not look at your clock every

like four seconds and be like, is a minute over. Yeah. Has it passed two minutes?

It's the best when you're like so distracted that the time flies by when you're jogging

or something like that. So don't look at your clock. Don't like your clock. Look at the

horizon. Put your phone away and listen to our sweet, so tree voices just talk about

what are we talking about today? Ash is going to be a fun one. See me a fun one. So we

have a couple little agenda items, announcements, things that I've been working on. And of course

funny news stories. Funny news stories. And then well actually, Dallin is a funny one. And again,
