insert Bill Cosby. I just want to encourage every one of us to realize when we obey God,

we're not doing it for God. I mean, that's one way to look at it. We're doing it for

ourselves because God takes pleasure when we're happy. That's the thing that gets him the greatest

joy this morning. So I want you to know this morning, just do good for your own self. Do good

because God wants you to be happy. When you come to church, when you worship

him, you're not doing it for God, really. You're doing it for yourself because that's what

makes God happy. Amen. That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard in my life. Let's just say this,

that Bill Cosby scene is maybe the best scene in the history of television.

It's up there. Yes. It is. Yes. It is such a surprise because if you don't know that classic episode, Theo, his son, gives this impassioned speech about, just love me for me.

Yeah. And this is in the wake of his grades being bad. And it is, and you feel, you feel the drama. You do, and the crowd's into it. They're like, oh, yeah, and there's even like a smattering applause, right? Because he's just like, this passion speech, Dad, can't you just love me for me? You know, I'm your son, all this business. And then, what does Cosby say? He says, Theo, son, that is the dumbest thing I have ever heard in my life.

And then we go into the, you are going to do well.

I brought you in this world.

I'll take you out.
