here alongside Todders and and Aaron McIntyre.

You guys should know, yes, the process of finding the new home for our studio is underway.

In fact, I go and visit our first facilities tomorrow.

And you can bet your rectum that I am going to absolutely vet the pest control history and processes of any prospective building that we are moving into.
