We talked to a neighborhood activist about something that we're seeing across the country, mostly in urban areas, big cities, clusters of density.

And that is that these folks, they usually have an Instagram following, are renting a town

home or a condo in a residential area and then they throw a house party. It could be to film it and put it on the internet because they get paid off of what's called clout off of clicks and people watching.

Some of it is close to porn, some of it is full-blown porn.

They're usually drug dealing, heavy drug use,

and the types of behaviors you don't want next door to you.

Well, this is happening in Houston at the edge of kind of a well-heeled neighborhood,

and the behaviors now are getting the attention of international media because it's it's sex on the

balcony at 8.30 in the morning right across the street from an elementary school. It's it's pretty vulgar and and this is not me being

prudish it's pretty vulgar you don't want this next story people walking

naked down the street they're bringing boa constrictors because at house parties,

people bring boa constrictors.
