because we are talking about our histories

with mental health.

So we talk about bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety,

and then we also kind of briefly touch on

a few other sensitive topics like eating disorders,

sexual assault, self-harm.

We keep it pretty general, but I just wanted to let you know

if that's something that you are sensitive to,

this may not be the best episode for you.

The first 15 minutes or so are really light

and not related to that because we do,

all the normal things, the bump date, the hot takes.
