We have Kalista on the show. I have known Kalista for years. She has been on social media forever.

I've known her for my OG YouTube days. She has popped off on TikTok in the recent years. And

that's cool. Like I do want to talk about that. She's done a hundred million views in two years,

which is crazy. But more importantly, she has done so much in the mental health space. She's

incredibly vulnerable. She's incredibly open. She has OCD, which we're getting into. This is a very

interesting podcast episode. I left this conversation with a whole new, like, honestly,

perspective on mental health. Like mental health is a huge thing in my family. We pretty much

all struggle with it in some sort of degree. But then therapy, we talked about this all the time

and on meds, on and off my entire life and most of my family. So it's a really huge thing. But

even I did not know much about OCD. I came in with one idea of what it was and left like

mind blown, honestly. It's a really interesting conversation.
