We are all a little emotionally hung over from the first week of fall camp.

But hey guys, football's back back I have a little bit of caffeine

a really large cup of coffee from Panera trying to get going Chris looks nice and

tan and frankly really kind of sexy from from his time in Mexico's got the beard grown out a little bit looks refreshed

But Bob and I are running on fumes here so

We have a lot of stuff to get to

FSU had a B. D. D. D. day on Sunday, we're recording this on Monday.

So you can go and check Noles 24-7 out

to kind of see all the accountant galleries and stories off of it,

a lot of video photos, and Chris did a really nice job with the observations from

Memphis's open practice which frankly guys is the only time we'll be able to see a

full practice so that's what we're going to start off with here. You could read through Chris's observations.

This is going to be our chance to kind of flush things out a little bit,

talk about it more in depth what we saw from the first practice.

So let's start with initial takeaways

of what you guys saw from from yesterday's

practice. I thought in general for a team that's one weekend the

preseason practice they looked pretty sharp. There were a healthy amount of

penalty flags on the day but nothing that was like atrocious.

You know, Rick Leonard got hit one time

because he grabbed somebody,
