Registration for the 2025 CrossFit Open has been going on for about a week, and the numbers are down from last year. Sean and Tommy talk about where their Concern-O-Meters are at this point in time. We've wondered when a Last Chance Qualifier would make a return and it looks like the answer is this year. The guys talk about the leak of some news about the Games season.
Wodapalooza Miami takes center stage this weekend in Florida. Sean and Tommy preview the individual divisions, give you their podiums for the men and women, and tell us who has the most to prove and the most to gain.
