And this is a podcast where we used to watch an episode of the Golden Girls and then talk about it,

but we ran out of episodes.

So now we are rewatchwatch, not rewatching,

we're watching all 24 episodes of the Golden Palace, which of course is a spinoff of the

Golden Girls and is currently streaming in the United States on Hulu.

Yay! And we just watched season one episode 17 titled Say goodbye rose which aired on February 12th

1993 and is the one where oh boy yeah the whole is right the hotel the hotel is hosting a

comedy competition and blanche's son wants to be a comedian and chew he does too and roland

wants to write jokes for him and sophia wants her old

pal to be in the show and also rose dates a hotel guest who looks just like her dead husband charlie

it reminded me of the episode where dor i mean of course where dorothy wants to do uh stand up

it also reminded me a little bit of the Bob Hope episode.

Oh, yes, the Bob, because yes, you're right because of George Burns.

Yes.
