Hello friends it is that time of year, time for the absolute best day on social media that we celebrate

together.

What you didn't know that there could still be wonderful days on social media? Well that means that you have never

participated in my annual social media challenge that I call one day

h h h h h h h h h h mn h m. H. H. It is one day to document what your life looks like right now, hour by hour.

This year, one day H.H. will be on Wednesday, November 8th, and I cannot wait.

This is my 11th year hosting the one day H.H. challenge which means that when I started

sharing the details of one full day in my life it was 2012 and back then I had two toddlers. My kids were three and one that year and you know doing the math they will be 14 and 12 as I share my day this year.

You can imagine that our days look pretty different now

than they did then,

and that is part of the magic of one day H.H. It doesn't matter if you've participated every

single year since 2012 or sporadically over the last decade or if this will be

your very first time. There's always something

meaningful about taking just one day to document all of those things about your life that look really normal right now,

but one day might seem really foreign.

In 10 Things Fashion, here are 10 things about how one day H.H. works. Number one, this

challenge goes down primarily on Instagram. Now every year there are a few outliers

who participate on Facebook or on Twitter

because that's their platform of choice.

But I personally will be sharing my day on Instagram along with the hundreds, sometimes the thousands of people

who participate in one day H.H. each year.

Instagram is the place to be. Number two, the only goal of one day H.H. is to document your day from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed.
