I'm good, so I'm sort of freaking out right now because I looked at my watch

and I saw that my heart rate was arresting 39 beats per minute.

And I used to be at 28 beats per minute before COVID.

Yeah, tell people how obsessed you are with your resting heart rate.

I know. And then it went up to like 55 at one point because I was drinking so much.

It went up to 60 and I was like freaking out.

I'm like, I'm going to die from a heart attack with 60.
