Hey guys, it's Maddie. Welcome or welcome back to the Sister Diary podcast. It's funny because it's called

because she's very busy at school, you know, getting good grades and stuff. But anyways, I'm in

LA by myself and it's Thursday night like 9 o'clock p.m. And this episode has to be up

tomorrow. So I'm here and I'm recording an episode all about health and fitness. And it's going to be

just me but hopefully that's okay. And hopefully you guys liked the episode that I did last week,

which was my first solo episode. I got some good

feedback, so I was happy about that. But today, we are going to talk all about health and

fitness, workout, diet, everything related to that. And my goal for this episode is to get

through it without stopping or basically without having to edit it

because I just don't really want to do that tonight. It's late, I'm tired, kind of jet-legged,

So the first thing I want to talk about before we get into the health and fitness stuff

is just a little recap of the week like we usually do.

The first thing that I did this week was get a

trademark for my clothing line, which was so, so exciting because it was like the first big step

that we had toward working on the line. The line has taken so long. It's taken way longer than I

actually expected it to be. But this week, we secured the trademark for Artless by Orlando. And I was very

happy about that because originally when we hired a lawyer to help us with this, they thought that
