But first, President Biden made a promise

to codify abortion access into federal law next year

if Democrats are able to keep their majority in the house.

This came during a speech yesterday at a DNC event in DC

where he highlighted how Democrats contrast

with Republicans on abortion rights

and how Democrats plan to push back.
