last night. Just quickly mentioned that recently I've been doing only one meal a day, which

I've done periodically over the course of the last 10 years. Typically I do two meals

a day. That's probably what I've been on for about five years now. And recently I got

into doing one meal a day because I just felt way better. I was just eating a certain

way that a phone was not conducive to me feeling my best, moving my best. And I could

give a shit about how I look like I'm going to, I'm going to be fit until I'm dead. That's
