This is part one of this week's episode where we're discussing One Dark Window by Rachel

Gillig.

As a warning for part one, and then I will just insert this into part two, so like pretend

it's original. I am at my mom's. We're recording this the Monday before Thanksgiving, so I'm a

little echoey. And then if you're watching this, I'm so sorry. I don't know what lighting situation is happening. But I don't have a filter on. I just have a lot of weird light on me. As Jack says, Monday morning. So there is construction happening across the street. So we'll see what happens. This is going to be such a special episode. It always is. But like, you know, extra. I have been dying to have this conversation with you. I know. Me too. This one hurt in a good way because I was like, I want to talk to you. I finished this so long ago and I started listening to the second one because I was like, I can't hold back. That's's why it took so long to finish Stardess Thief. Because you're busy listening to another one.

I only got halfway through it. So I will. The truth will out. But I will not discuss book two

spoilers because I haven't finished book two. So there's no point in me discussing it.

So as we like to do our warnings, we both listened to it.
