All right, well, when you guys are listening to this, I'm actually already on vacation,

we're banking a couple of them, it's something new that we want to do here at the

podcast, and I want to give guys a window and some of the more prominent names in football and kind of how they got where they are and their path there.

And so these can be a little longer form, a little different vibe to the podcast than what you

guys are normally used to.

And I couldn't think of a better guest to have in than a guy that I go a little ways back with.

One of the best coaches in the NFL now, and I don't know Sean if you're still the

youngest coach I think you are right okay so that's Rams coach Sean McVeigh

and I want to start right off the top here with just I want you to take yourself back 20 years and I

look this up I think you would have been going into your freshman year in high school so if I had told

a 14 year old Sean McVeigh, then 20 years, you'd not only be the head coach of an

NFL team, but you'd be going into your fourth year as the head coach of an NFL team. How do you think that 14 year old

as the head coach of an NFL team. How do you think that 14 year old kid would have responded?

Yeah, I don't think I would have said no chance Albert and you know the thing that's

so amazing is you know when you're 14 years old or whatever, you're just loving football.

I'm just worried about being a good freshman quarterback at the time and trying to see if you can win a starting role on the varsity,

stuff like that.

But what has been interesting,

when you look back on it,

you realize how fortunate I've been to be around great coaches

and really where it's given me a chance to accelerate some

opportunities I mean and I know we'll talk about it but when you look at the
