this is just the second day of 12 Days of Christmas and I chose Katherine Demond. Katherine

was such a delight and one of the things that I really appreciate about Katherine is not only was

it fun to talk about her book and I will link it in the show notes and I will obviously link the

episode but it was also just fun because she has followed up with me every single week or just

about since the episode and we became friends and so I truly appreciate Katherine so here's

and living your unstoppable life and I was a guest on Steve's podcast straight to the point.

It was so delightful to sit with him he is so warm and so down to earth and I really enjoy listening

to his other episodes as well. We spoke in our conversation about all things psychology and

manifestation and attraction and the power of our thoughts and about the elusive shadow work

that's so important to do and found out it's not so elusive after all once you know how to

excavate it and turn what's in your shadow into its positive attribute and have it become your

greatest ally and deepest gift so we're spending time with Steve brings out such nuggets he's
