cell. On the fourth day of Christmas, which is again, no intro, just me talking. You know, there's a guest that I've had every season, which is Jay

Bob, and we introduce about, I think I want to say four seasons ago, we introduced Caitlin D.

He because she's a clinician in the therapist, and she works with Jay, and I've known Jay. He's a good friend of mine for over 21 years.

So I always enjoy those shows. I'm going to use episode 40 because that was a very poignant one, and I hope you listen to that one because that was a very good one.

But I just enjoy Caitlin's energy. I like Caitlin's con demeanor. She is just very, she's really on. She just gets the whole first responder thing. So here's Caitlin.

Hey guys, this is Caitlin D. He. I am the lead clinician for Westboro Behavioral Healthcare Hospitals, first responder specialized treatment programming, and I have absolutely loved being a part of Steve's podcast Finding Your Way Through Therapy this past year.

I never dreamed I would be a guest on a podcast, and I've actually been a returning guest now for a couple of times, and it's just been a really cool fun adventure for me.

And I get to talk about something I'm super passionate about, which is mental health for first responders and veterans, especially loved the veterans episode we did this year with myself.

Jay, Kyle, and Steve, of course, it was a true honor and a privilege to be a part of that episode and that conversation.

And I'm really grateful to Steve for continuing to invite me back, and hopefully I will see you guys in some upcoming episodes as well.
