Some athlete highlights we witnessed: Usain Bolt wins the 100m, Simone Manuel scores gold in the 100m Free, Michael Phelps doubles in front of our eyes, Wayde van Niekerk sets a new world record in the Men's 400m and Michelle Carter uses her last throw to claim that shot put gold. In the second half of the show, Lian interviews Elise Hooper author of FAST GIRLS, A Novel of the 1936 Women's Olympic Team.
