Tough situation on everybody. I mean, let's be honest. Players dealing with it, fans dealing

with it, coaches dealing with it at this time in the middle of a season.

You know, I think there's so much built around the playoffs.

And it's like everything's boom or bust and you can't have a normal season.

People have got to make decisions earlier based on how somebody does.

Hello and welcome in. It's always college football. I'm your host Greg McElroy and it is week 10.

Week double digits, baby. We are getting to the final stretch. A lot of these games that we will talk about today, they are going to be played in November. In November is where we start to separate. Is it not? Hey, we all look great through September. We all look great through October. Well, now, now is the time when you want to start to peak. And as you start to peak with where we've gone on the 12-team playoff era, the teams that are playing best here from this point forward, those are the teams that will be crowned national champs. Now, last year, of course, with Ohio State, they peaked and then dipped and then peaked. Let's avoid the dip this time if we can. All right, Buckeyes, how's that sound?

But I think from this point forward, man, we're going to start to separate the haves from the have-nots. We're really looking forward to this final month of the season, some of the matches that we have in store for us. A lot of good ones that will break down today. We're going to do all of our big breakdowns, and we have a few, just one hitters that we're going to hit on a few games

throughout the rest of the slate that aren't necessarily super marquee, but just something

to watch, a key from some of those games involving top teams. Before we get into our previews,

They've lost four straight.

Amazing to me, the narrative arc of Penn State's implosion.

Just one month ago, this is a team that was number three.
