Hello America and happy Friday and happy Friday happy good Friday the beginning of a

very holy weekend for those of us who celebrate Easter. Many of my Jewish

colleagues have been celebrating Passover, Ramadan for those in the Muslim

community. There is so much to be thankful for. There's also so much to pray and be serious about. And one of those

is for the family of a beloved officer for the NYPD, Jonathan Diller, who passed away when he was

shot on the job by a often arrested and released violent criminal.

His family, his one-year-old boy, without a dad this Easter, without a dad for the rest of his life here on

earth at least.

And on this Easter weekend I want to make sure that all of us are keeping all of those who've

suffered those sort of tragic loss, particularly those

the men and women in Blue who every day put their lives on the line like those officers on the bridge outside

Baltimore who kept the traffic from going across.

It would have a lot more motorist drowning

at the Francis Scott Key Bridge.

It's something to remember.

The sacrifice, the heroism, and the ultimate cost of paying with your life. Lots of different ways to

celebrate and commemorate Jonathan Diller's life. One of them is just to pray for

his loved ones who are left behind on this really tragic case.

It was good to see former President Trump go visit the family at the wake.

Much more needs to be done to support the men and women of Blue.
