And last night, the Oklahoma City Thunder punched their ticket to the NBA finals with a dominant

win over the Minnesota Timberwolves. D, they opened up that series winning the second

half of game one by 30 plus. They closed it, winning the first half of game five by 30 plus.

Just a dominant effort from a dominant team, a team that won their conference by a ton.

And in 23, we lost to the team that won the title. It's one thing when you lose in a playoffs to eventual champion, you could even be like,

hey, you could say we were the second best team in the NBA, and we just faced them before

anybody else did.

It's totally another when the team that kicked your butt gets their butts kicked, like

Minnesota just did.

It's easy to feel far away when that happens.

And that's something that's certainly been more of where I am at.

But I also don't think it's entirely that simple, Dee.
