Now, if you happen to follow KISW on Twitter, the debate is already underway on who sucks less.

Yes, indeed. Two of these are work-related. One is the problem with the neighbor.

I guess that's the fair way to put it.

Let us start in India, add an IT company while they recently sparked outrage after it was reported that one of the managers ordered that the exits of the office building be padlocked to prevent employees from leaving without his permission.

A video of a security worker using heavy chains and large padlock to seal off the exit of the coating ninjas office building in India recently went viral on Twitter.

Now, in it, the guard claims that he had been directed by a manager with the company to lock the exit to ensure that no one can leave without his express permission.

Now, the video, of course, sparked outrage and once again brought issues like employee exploitation and degrading working environment into the spotlight.

As for the company, it recently issued a statement, acknowledging the incident describing it as, quote,

an anomaly rectified within minutes of its occurrence.

Quote, this was an aberration at coating ninjas and against her values as a culture as an organization.

We want to assure everyone that this action was not intentional.

Well, it was because you had a manager specifically asked a security guard to chain and padlock a door so that employees couldn't leave.

Many accused the company of just trying to sweep the whole ordeal under the rug, only issuing the apology and an explanation after it was exposed online, which is precisely what happened because that's what companies do.

But back in March, a family uncovered a startling surprise when they found a dead cat had been placed inside of their mailbox.

Police have now tracked down the person they say put it there. Officials say 28 year old Stephen Elias.
