Oh, look, fairy tales are great.

I love them as much as the next guy.

Every little boy in Harris County grew up dreaming of his fairy tale life, his fairy tale wedding.

Every little boy without fail.

But I need to ask you as we start tonight's show, do you want fairy tale college football?

Do you want like real world grounded and rooted in truth and logic college football?

Do you want similar themes to hold up over time? Or do you just want like pure fantasy? There is no wrong answer.

I do need to know what your answer is though before we start delving into the particulars of what is right, what is wrong, what should be, what shouldn't be, all that sort of thing.

We're jam-packed high atop a soggy and frigid downtown Nashville, Tennessee.

It is pouring rain like 36 degrees outside right now, but I'm not complaining because I know it could be a lot

worse. Also, Pate State forecasters are keeping an eye on the Dallas Metroplex because we do

have a potential winter storm setting up for Friday. And that happens to be the same time when the

Cotton Bowl will be played there. And wouldn't you

know it on tonight's show, we will predict that Cotton Bowl between Texas and Ohio State.

We will also predict the other half of the college football semi-final between Penn State and
