Welcome back to your other Friday book I talk. We're making our picks for Ohio State Georgia.

Rance pod went up earlier Friday, four of us here to make our picks for this game in the

Peach Bowl, Doug Lamaries, Nathan Beard, Steven Means, and our good buddy Tyler Shoemaker.

We will all be making our final official predictions for this college football playoff semi-final.

As we noted and right when we were talking before we came on Nathan, you noted this has been a six and a

half point line Ohio State the underdog basically since the open since this was announced sort of six and a

half and it hadn't really gone either way. And right here as we're recording Friday afternoon, it's down to six.

And you're not a gambling expert. We'll ask the gambling expert in a second, but Nathan, what does that say to you?

That says to me and I think Tyler will probably say something similar that this is where the sharp money is.

There's been some sort of surge in money late in this week where the sharp guys, the the Tyler's are maybe the more

well financed Tyler's no offense are are coming in with with bricks and and pushing that line a little bit.

So I it tells you that some of the more the most savvy betters.

At least some some segment of them like Ohio State at least as a cover.

T issue when you and I were talking about this on earlier pods, you noted that when it was at six and a half,

you thought there was a better chance it headed towards six than it headed towards seven.

As we sit here now and it's happening, what's it make you think?

Yeah, I mean Nathan's exactly right. It's it's not a matter of the amount of money that's that's being bet on Ohio State.

The respect of the people that are placing these bets because like 80, 80 some percent of the money is on Georgia and has been this this entire time.

But like I indicated before, I the sharp books had had been adjusting their juice, you know, more and more inching it towards Ohio State.

So I thought this line was much more likely to hit six than it was to hit seven.

So I'm not surprised by it and I mean, not that betting markets are everything.
