of East Palestine water is safe to drink after the train to railman earlier this month.

All the wells indicate the testing is negative, it's clear that water certainly can be consumed

by residents. I know people have been concerned about that.

This is residents' complaint of headaches, rashes and other ailments and thousands of

fish in the Ohio River have died. February 3rd, a 100 car train to rail on the outskirts

of East Palestine. Three days later, there was a controlled burn of a dangerous chemical

after residents there were told to leave their homes. Life in prison without parole for

the man convicted of going on a shooting rampage at a supermarket in Buffalo, New York.

Prosecutors say Peyton Gendron was motivated by racist conspiracy theories he found online.

Back in May, the 19-year-old gunman shot and killed 10 black people at the supermarket

in Buffalo, New York. Police say Gendron planned that attack for weeks and targeted those

innocent victims because of their skin color. Gendron faces more than 20 federal charges.

It's a possibility that he could still face the death penalty.

Fox's Alexa Kmitman, the catombs, Gendron is due in federal court tomorrow on those

federal charges. President Biden was in Maryland this afternoon talking up the economy,

saying the working and his team have done have helped to turn the economy around.

Gas prices are down $1.60, they're going to come down further from the peak.
