Today, the man accused of murdering Spencer Monique Tepe walked into an Illinois courtroom,

quite arrogantly, I must say, with his head held high and chin up in the air.

He waived extradition and is headed back to Columbus, Ohio to face two counts of aggravated murder.

And today, obviously, following the big news, which is Dr. Michael McKee's first courtroom appearance, first of what will be many, again, waving his right to extradition and could be being transported

back to Columbus, Ohio, as we speak. It was supposed to happen very quickly. And what I got from

the hearing earlier on, which will likely play for you again since it was under two minutes,

was that if he, for whatever reason, is not extradited back there would be some sort

of status conference hearing at two o'clock next week but that is likely not to happen at least

not in Winnebago County Illinois but rather we'll probably have another hearing before then I would

imagine in Columbus, Ohio.
