I'm Jason Gibbs live from the cross country mortgage campus here in Berea.

Summer vacation has started for the bulk of the players.

That is unless you're a rookie or a first year player, in which case you are still here

this week.

But then everyone goes away on the football side for a good three or four weeks.

Everybody comes back ready to go after the 4th of July and the 2023 season will officially

be upon us with training camp at the green briar to kick things off a little over a month

from right now.

But the good news is we're able to sit down with a number of players and you'll hear

those interviews coming up over the course of the next few weeks as we close out the off-season

portion of the best podcast available today.

We feature our new defensive end, Obo O'Coronquo, a great free agent pick up here for this

football team, a guy that's got a lot of potential and adds a lot of depth to now a very strong

defensive end room.

Obo born in 1995.

I was graduating high school in 95.

So I feel a little old in that situation.

He's 28 years old, 61, 253 pounds went to the University of Oklahoma.

I think what a lot of people don't realize is he has been in the league now for five years

drafted in 2018 by the Rams in 2017.

He was the big 12 defensive player of the year as a senior.
