I feel like I was personally attacked by Kenneth over at the butcher's market for this new

innovation of theirs.

Are you saying that my saran wrap is not good enough, that my

saran wrap might actually lead to freezer burn on my steak tips? Hey, what they're saying is,

you know, you're going to get yourself a nice quality meat. Sometimes you can't always make

it in a timely fashion. So this way, it's frozen, it's ready. You cook it when you're ready

to make it. Also, I think you could probably, if they're already in that airtight packaging, you could probably suede those bad boys. I mean, you know, if you have that particular skill. I never got into the suvied. I know our friend Chris Clark, my old colleague over at 8.50 bus. It feels like something like that Chris Clark would do. Chris Clark was all about that suave life, man. I think he still is, he still maintains that it is the best way to make a steak. We could grill this steak. However, if we boiled it in a fucking bag, it would be amazing. No, but you see, it keeps the temperature at a certain rate for X amount of time and that it's ready to go. All you got to do is reverse you're that bad boy. It's science, Chile. I know.
