I'm Andrew Spade.

0:36.5

I'm joined by Jake Burns. We're going to

0:39.0

jump back into the mailbag for the second consecutive day here, Jake, which is a good sign of

0:43.8

kind of where we are in the offseason content schedule. But it's, it is good to get back with

0:47.8

the folks from Substack, from the subscribers, to just kind of see what's on their mind and the questions that they have. So we'll do some more questions. We pick some more questions that we think work better for the audio format that we'll go through today. And then you're gonna have some questions that work better as written answers in the newsletter coming up for folks as well. So we'll cover everything that God asked one way or the other. And again, we thank you all so

1:11.1

much for your questions. We did have a fun one to start off with. I thought Jake, from Matt,

1:17.3

who wanted a little bit of behind the scenes now that we've gone through an entire season as Brown's

1:22.4

film breakdown and kind of went through the, I would say a pretty big roller coaster ride, right, from kicking things off in August through the end of the year and where things sit now.

1:34.0

And so he just kind of wanted to ask what things were like behind the scenes and how it feels now doing this after the season went the way that it went. And how did the season being as bad as it was affect what we were able to do, that sort of thing? So I think people would be interested to hear our thoughts on that. What a whirlwind. I don't know if we, in retrospect, would have started it this past off season, knowing what we were getting into. I'm sure you would agree with me. If we could do hindsight as a fun exercise, we would have maybe picked the year before that when they made a heroic run to playoff. If you could pick a brown season, last year would have been more fun. Right on. Or maybe even started it before 2020 because there's just been like this five year window of things. But no, man, I mean, this is, it's really neat. And I think

2:19.1

we've learned a lot along the way about what, you know, leads to you guys enjoying the product

2:26.2

more than anything else. And, like, you know, we started this with some pretty big ambitions

2:31.0

about what we thought was possible based on the amount of time we had in the team. i think there's still a lot of fun stuff to come this off season we start to start

2:39.2

putting together a resources window to have the opportunity to learn about football concepts we want to

2:46.3

start doing some revisiting brown's history podcast as a part of the weekly routine that we're doing here.

2:51.8

That's another thing we want to start doing. But yeah, I mean, it's a grind every day.

2:57.6

And Andrew, as you guys know, is on the pod with me most every day. And we're going through this and we're editing it and we're doing all the work behind it.

3:05.6

Then there's all the writing and film and learning.

3:08.1

And that's it,
