know but we're instead joined by a very special guest this is Kyle Murber talking

semi-regular hosts of this podcast but I'm joined by Mac Fleet who

Citi's mag fans and listeners would of course be familiar with but then also we are joined with

1305-ish 5,000-meter runner of yesteryear friend of Sidious Mag joining us for some things in the

coming months you'll hopefully be hearing his voice more and more but now

retired athlete a once great American runner Eric Jenkins

But we're gonna be doing what we are gonna call office hours and the idea being is, this week in the laugh count I had opened up the inbox

and allowed readers of the laugh count newsletter to send in questions that I would answer and I did that but there was a lot of questions that I could not get to them all and so

What we're gonna do right now is we're going to read those

questions and I have barely skimmed questions Mac has never read them Eric has never read them. Eric has never read them. And we're just going to go through and

we're going to answer them. They're all over the place. There's no rhyme or reason.

So timeline doesn't make any chronological sense.

And again, I skim them days ago and Mac and Eric

are reading it for the first time.

And we're just going to give I guess if you want to call us

experts of some sort advice and answers Mack, start us off. Where are we going? This is going to be all over the place, but I absolutely love it.
